The Crust Story
Inspired by his travels to his ancestral home in Italy, Owner/Founder Darren Henderson of Alpharetta said the menu features “many of our own family favorites,” and he has plans for an array of tantalizing off-menu specials. Crust Pasta & Pizzeria features modern Italian cuisine with a local twist. We showcase hand-tossed pizzas, homemade sauces, and tempting pastas. Crust combines traditional Italian fare like delicately battered, hand-cut calamari fried perfectly crisp, freshly prepared fettuccine tossed in our family-recipe Alfredo sauce, and Tiramisu made from scratch, with new loves like the chef-inspired Cobb Salad and Thai Chicken Pizza.
In addition to our passion for serious flavors, Crust is committed to community, beginning with using fresh, locally-sourced ingredients. “We want to incorporate 'Local' whenever possible within the restaurant – from the décor to the food, and anywhere in between,” said James Felton Co-Owner/Partner of Crust. Local artisans collaborated to create Crust's Tuscan farmhouse feel with the warmth of reclaimed wood from Windsor Pine of Woodstock, Georgia and custom light fixtures hand-made in Dawsonville, Georgia. And the local flavor doesn't end there!
Crust Pasta & Pizzeria carries well-brand liquors crafted in Americus, Georgia by 13th Colony Distillery. Through a partnership with Jekyll Brewing in Alpharetta, a portion of the proceeds from each house beer, Big Creek Kolsch, will be donated to help children and their families in the fight against cancer. A well-rounded wine list compliments Crust's big flavors.
